He is very passionate about helping SAP customers successfully migrate their on-premises SAP environment to a more agile, adaptive and cost beneficial platform to faster realise their return on investment.

His entire business approach, philosophy and ethos is based around customer commitment, care and consideration built on years of SAP industry experience.

While Andrew worked at Yorkshire Water on their S/4HANA programme, he implemented Solution Manager 7.2 modules: ChaRM, ITSM, Process Management, Technical Monitoring and Test Suite.

Andrew has presented at SAP UK&I Roadshow events and contributed to the design and enhancement of the Solution Manager Toolset alongside SAP.

James worked for 15 Years in IT distribution, where he spent most of his time as Training Sales Manager for Global Value Added Distributor, Arrow ECS. His team specialised in Technical IT training services across Cloud, Storage and Virtualisation, for vendors such as Microsoft, NetApp & VMware.

Post Arrow, he worked for Starling Bank as Operational Support Manager, heading up their Learning & Development and Quality Assurance teams.

He has joined Aliter to support the businesses continued growth, focusing on operational best practises and building strong customer and vendor relationships.

Day-to-day, Sophie runs our digital marketing output. Her consultancy business has also completed our re-brand and built our new website.

Prior to joining Aliter Consulting, Matthew held a SAP Basis role within CSI Limited for over 5 years and within The Birchman Group in the UK for almost ten years.

He provided full technical support of varying O/S platforms running SAP and OS/400, system performance monitoring, developing a new backup solution for these systems and Disaster Recovery design, documentation and testing.

He holds SAP certification as a SAP Certified Technology Consultant in SAP HANA.

Specialising in the BASIS/technical aspects of SAP systems, Wes has extensive experience of leading the project delivery phases, from designing and planning through to the build, testing and go-live of SAP implementations for a variety of business solutions and platforms, including S/4HANA, ECC, BW and Business Objects BI Platform.

Hugh has collaborated with other SAP professionals and teams, sharing best practices and insights, and has contributed to the continuous improvement and innovation of our services. He has a passion for problem-solving, leveraging SAP technologies and methodologies to help businesses transform and optimise their processes, data, and performance, and to create value for their customers and stakeholders.

She has a strong background in business support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements, ensuring optimal performance and seamless operations. With a keen analytical mindset and excellent communication skills, Lorraine excels at collaborating with stakeholders, third parties, and IT teams to deliver effective solutions.
Her experience spans across SAP ECC, IS-Retail, SD, LE, MM, and POS-DM, where she has played a key role in incident resolution, system integration, and project delivery.

Lorraine is ITIL-certified and highly proficient in Microsoft applications, with a passion for continuous learning and improving SAP configurations.

With over 28 years SAP BASIS experience and over 40 years IT experience in a variety of roles for SAP and leading SAP partner organisations, Colin has successfully led technical work streams for major implementation projects for S/4HANA and other SAP Components, completing numerous full cycle implementations in technical management, architecture and hands on roles across a wide variety of industry verticals.

With a strong background in technology advisory, he  has successfully worked with clients across different industry sectors including Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Government, and Financial Services.

Having a passion for technology and a focus on delivering quality solutions, Lotanna is committed to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with emerging trends in the industry. He is dedicated to achieving success for his clients and has built a reputation as a dependable, results-oriented SAP Technical Consultant.

Gnana has worked on all major DB and OS versions than run SAP and on a range of SAP solutions ranging from ECC, BW, CRM, SRM, SCM, PI, WD, BI, BODS to S/4HANA and BW/4HANA.

He has worked on a range of projects from SPS patching, EHP upgrades, Installations, DB Upgrades, DB Clustering, Public cloud and on-premises DC Migration, SAP Solution Design and laying up the groundwork for S4HANA conversion. In addition, he’s worked on BW/4HANA Greenfield Implementation on Public cloud program.

She specialises in SAP Business Technology Platform, CAP, SAP Fiori, and UI5, building scalable, cloud-native applications that drive digital transformation. Shalini has led end-to-end implementations integrating SAP cloud and on-premise systems, including HANA Cloud, Integration Suite, and Build Process Automation.

With strong skills across Node.js, CDS, OData, and modern DevOps practices, she combines clean architecture with agile delivery.

She has been involved in complex transformation projects, ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performing SAP landscapes tailored to business needs.

With a strong foundation in SAP system architecture, upgrades, and performance optimisation, Ayse takes pride in delivering solutions that align with enterprise standards and operational goals.

She has worked with global clients, delivering solutions across system upgrades, role and authorisation management, system performance tuning, and disaster recovery planning.

Harsha brings strong technical acumen in SAP landscape optimisation and cloud platforms including Azure and AWS, backed by certifications in Generative AI for SAP and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.
